Very new so everything in great shape, very clean etc.... Close to shopping area with restaurants but it is really a bit souless compared to old part of Tours.
Very poor directions given for location even though it is a known issue. Sat Nav systems can't seem to find location. Mattress was not very comfortable.

Absolutely new, 50 m to big shopping area, parking.
The area is still under constructing, in 1-st room the stove didn't work, they gave us bigger room for same price, but there toilette was locked and after couldn't open from inside!!!! And water was leaking from the pipes or boiler.

The apartment included a kitchenette. The bathroom was good-sized and had a shower, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. The location of the hotel was magnificent and unbeatable, just a short stroll away from Parc Honore de Balzac. Rewritten Review: I appreciated that the apartment had a kitchenette, which was convenient. the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and fresh towels. the hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk from Parc Honore de Balzac.

The 65€ we paid for this was a good price.
Very hard to find the hotel without a gps. It is very far from downtown Tours.

New hotel, elegant and clean, near a commercial center. Big chambers, kitchen well equipped
It is a little hard to find it (even with gps), beeing on a new street in a new ward.

The rooms here were a good size and had a sofa bed, along with a bathtub and the bonus of tea-making facilities. the pool was really nice, and they served a decent breakfast. 🏊♂️

The room was clean , the furniture new but very poor .
I have come to this "hotel" on Monday and nobody there , even I did not was noticed about this ; anyway after a telephone calling I have had the acces code to enter in the buiding and to find the key of the room .The building is very new in an area of new buidings under contructions so it is not elegant as they are saying on their site ; it is new , clean but the room is very smoll and there is a very tiny bad , no nights stands , just two very small chair from plastic near the bad , a very poor stand and only a chair fixed to this ; it is for budget and the 3* is very supraestimated ;when leaving the hotel even I have already paid in advance ,as early payment, they asked also 2 euro /day for city tax , even I was not noticed abaut this .

Very well equipped kitchen. Brand new hotel, pretty cosy. Hotel is very clean and lies just across a shopping center which is very convenient. Very good service/price ratio.
Very difficult to reach as there are no indicators on the main streets in the neighbourhood.

I interacted with the pleasant and amiable staff. The location was good and unbeatable, for example, L'heure tranquille was not very far from the hotel.

Very good new hotel We booked so named "studio" - standard room with small kitchen that was well equipped including refregirator,.kettle, plates, cups etc So we did not pay 13 Euro for the hotel breakfast, but prepared our sandwiches only: a shopping center is located in 100 m Very friendly English speaking staff.
A single serious problem is the hotel location. The hotel street does not present in GPS and Google map, so I used the hotel coordinates and then - seek it!
